A brief guide on documents that are required for applying to Japan


Offer letter

  • Academic documents till date (scanned)
  • NAT/JLPT certificate (not mandatory)
  • Skype Interview

Document COE (Certificate of Eligilibity)

  • Offer letter
  • Academic document till date
  • Bank balance (Need to be of Co-operative/A class bank or educational Loan)
    • If co-operative it should be of 3 years transaction, Bank is the most important part for the success of application.
  • Documents from Wards
    • Birth Certificate
    • Relationship Certificate
    • Annual Income (With Supporting document like audit report, salary certificate and salary slip, pension card, rental agreement, PAN and company registration certificate)
      • Note: Income certificate Should of recent 3 years with minimum income NRS. 2,000,000
    • Occupation Certificate
    • Tax Clearance Certificate
    • Surname Clarification certificate if surname of applicant and their parents are different
    • Address verification if needed
  • Filled and signed Application form
  • Statement of Purpose
  • Recent size photo 6 pieces
  • Citizenship Copy of student and parents
  • Verification letter if needed
  • Language certificate (It should be of minimum 150 hours completion)
  • NAT/JLPT certificate if they passed

Visa Documentation

  • Book an appointment for interview
  • Original COE
  • NOC
  • Fee payment Slip
  • Filled and signed Visa application form with photograph
  • Admission Letter
  • Language Certificate
  • NAT/JLPT certificate if they passed
  • Academic document
  • All photocopy of document need to be submitted

Intakes

January, April, July and October

Note

  • All these document should be in English and need to translated in Japanese Language.
  • Also we need to provide the original copy of each document except identity document to immigration for COE.
  • Passport is not mandatory to obtain COE from Immigration.
